With over 19 years of professional experience in recruitment, workforce development, and diversity and inclusion, I am dedicated to making an impact through our most valuable asset—people. I have worked in diverse environments, including global and domestic organizations, non-profits, and corporations partnering with early career professionals to C-Suite executives.

A few years ago, during the height of the pandemic, I hit rock bottom. I was deeply unhappy and undervalued at my job, facing countless roadblocks while trying to advance. I prioritized all the wrong things and found myself navigating a failed marriage and feeling utterly lost.

Then, I was fortunate enough to join a leadership program that included access to an executive coach. This experience was a game-changer for me. Working with my coach brought clarity to my career and personal life. Shortly after completing the coaching program, I transitioned to a new consulting role that seemed perfect for me. Although that role ended six months later, leading to a period of unemployment and living with my senior parents, the coaching experience set me on a path to greater fulfillment and resilience.
